Great Eastern Takaful appoints Emperikal as Digital Partner
Great Eastern Takaful Berhad (GETB) has appointed Emperikal Media Group as its digital marketing & advertising partner for the year 2023/2024.
The scope of work includes creative strategy, deployment of always-on organic & paid media approaches across targeted channels, alongside potential tactical campaigns to grow and strengthen its presence within the Malaysian market.
The Takaful industry is a competitive landscape, however, there is no clear winner in the digital space. With this engagement, GETB aims to set itself apart and become a digital leader in takaful services. Apart from the educational and promotional content intended to raise product awareness, GETB plans to share more about value-based intermediation for Takaful (VBIT) and its ESG efforts with the targeted audience.
Emperikal will deploy its performance marketing arm, Taktikal, and social media arm, Radikal, to effectively execute the strategies.
In the past, the Emperikal Media Group has worked with several takaful operators, notably FWD Takaful Berhad and Takaful IKHLAS. It intends to leverage its industry experience to further elevate GETB’s digital positioning. The Group has vast experience in Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI) sector and has been working with multiple reputable brands since its inception in 2017.
