The Account Manager will serve as the primary contact and ultimate point of accountability with Emperikal’s high profile clients. This role will own the relationship with the client and be accountable for overall client satisfaction. They will be responsible for understanding the business, the brand and marketing strategy, market landscape, and operational capabilities of the client. They will set the direction for the account, leading the cross-functional team to define optimal growth and retention strategies for the account across all of Emperikal’s capabilities.
The Designer will develop and produce visually beautiful designs for our agency clients. They will support the creative team in an array of projects and must be able to take a job from concept through final production in a fast-paced environment and ensuring good quality design. This person will be self-motivated, pay close attention to detail, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
Digital Analytics Specialist
The Digital Analytics Specialist role will bring unique Adobe Analytics experience to Emperikal’s Digital Analytics department. The role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing and the key performance indicators used to track specific channels including web, social, paid search, SEO, email, etc. The Digital Analytics Specialist will work with the Digital Marketing team to set up Adobe Analytics for new clients, integrate Adobe Analytics into Emperikal’s reporting dashboards, and analyze reporting data to provide insights that drive our clients’ business decisions.
Director of SEO
Emperikal’s Director of SEO will oversee and develop our SEO service offering and help, develop, execute, and optimize Emperikal’s most challenging SEO strategies. This role includes direct management of SEO team members, serving as internal evangelist for SEO, and oversight of all SEO team deliverables.
The Drupal Developer will lead and develop web-based applications as a member of a team and individually. The role will document, track, and provide updates on project status. They will lead code reviews as well as knowledge transfer sessions. This is a lead role, a key senior developer on an emerging team, and will lead the technical team in developing client solutions.
We are seeking a Media Director to work with and grow Emperikal’s amazing roster of technology clients as well as support business development efforts to expand that portfolio. This role will focus on accelerating our clients’ ROI by leading the development and execution of cross-channel media strategies across all digital and traditional channels including content syndication, display, paid search, social, OOH, broadcast, and print.

Senior Account Manager
The Senior Account Manager will serve as a primary contact and point of accountability with Emperikal’s clients. This role will own the relationship with the client, have responsibility for understanding the brand strategy, logistics and market landscape. They will lead client meetings, help to build strategies, and be a respected advisor for the client on all aspects of their marketing and technology landscape.
The Senior Designer will play a hands-on design role working on creative solutions for Emperikal’s array of clients. They will be accountable for the overall concepting and execution of assigned projects and bringing unique design solutions to our internal team and clients. The Senior Designer will collaborate with Client Services, Strategy, and Operations to create stunning visuals in line with the client’s strategic goals and support business objectives
Senior SEO Strategist
We are currently seeking a Senior SEO Strategist to focus on developing, executing, and optimizing Emperikal’s SEO strategies. The Senior SEO Strategist will take full ownership of and serve as strategic lead for our most challenging and exciting client work. This person will work directly with the VP of Media and Digital Activation Services on the development of Emperikal’s SEO processes and deliverables and will spearhead innovation and education on the SEO team.
